Closing a Proof? Please Leave a Decision First!

Hi folks,

One of my biggest challenges with Workfront Proof is getting Approvers to return a decision. They quite often forget (especially my casual and rare users), and I find myself chasing down people just to get them to click the “Make a decision” button. I suggest that when an Approver closes a proof window, a dialog box appears asking if they wish to complete their review by making a decision.

Please take this into serious consideration, as this would make my job infinitely easier and would cut down confusion and approval down-time drastically, not only for my organization, but any company that uses Workfront.
