[CLOSED] - View Preferences (Default View & Filter & Grouping)

Need to provide Admins the ability to set default views for

• Portfolio Type (yet to be enabled as a selectable attribute)
• Project Types (yet to be enabled as a selectable attribute)
• Issue Types

Way too much overhead to tell every user that they need to use a different view + filter + grouping for each type of Portfolio, Project, or Issue based on "Type". Got over 100 users, many types of objects and the default settings that Admins setup are not preserved for each type of object. If users want to override, that is their prerogative. But, admins and Portfolio managers need this very basic functionality to ensure consistent communications and operations.
