We have a complex custom form to be filled up in the requests. Sometimes, our clients would start on a custom form and be pulled into a meeting or just couldn't finish the request the same day. They'd like to be able to save the form so they can fill up the form later on rather than being forced to submit without correct data.

I think this is the same as mine. Save as as draft for submitting a request right?

We have the same need for the "save" feature as well. Currently, we duplicated the fields in a Word doc template to fill out and then the info is cut/pasted into WF when it final on complex requests. It would save us lots of time if there was a save feature on the request form.

I logged in to submit this exact issue. We want to be able to have the clients save their work and only submit when they are ready. Once submit it pressed, then a workflow can begin. We don't want to notify anyone until the idea is ready for submission.
