[CLOSED] - Print Option on Custom Form

It would be very helpful to have a print option on the custom forms. We regularly need to attach completed custom forms to committee packets and currently we have to do a right click or a print screen to get a pdf of the completed form and that doesn't look very professional.

    Having a simple way to print out the custom form setup and display logic would be great as well. I've built some very complex custom forms for customers and this would be a great way to build documentation as well as manual backups if something happens.

    I do use AtAppStore's (Doug) Report Categories and Parameters but this is an added cost, non-native option. http://store.atappstore.com/product/report-categories-and-parameters/

    It would also help if we can save approved custom forms as a pdf with approvals attached.

    Every client I've ever worked with has asked for the ability to print custom forms, both before they're completed, and after. A download to PDF option would be a great functional improvement.
