[CLOSED] - Improved Admin Controls to set 'default' filters, views, etc...

This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: I want to be able to set a default View/Filter/Grouping from Layout Template

We want the ability to set Global filters, views, groupings. Currently to set up a user with our defaults, the admin must log into each users account & manually set up all the standards.
