[CLOSED] - Display Previously Tagged Users when Replying

With the 2018.2, Workfront now hides previously tagged users after you click reply on an update feed.

I would like to see this changed so that the previously tagged users are visible as you compose a reply.

    I've had several users report this issue as well.

    This is an issue for Dick's Sporting Goods, too. I have gotten a lot of feedback that people are getting missed or someone has to completely close out of their reply and start again after verifying the right people were already tagged.

    Yes, this has caused major confusion. Same as what Brittany said!

    "Lori, for some reason I can't see who is tagged on a comment until after I comment. Can you ask WF why that is?

    I think the view of tagging is really weird now with the changes. It feels like they turned out the lights on it and we're writing in the dark. It also seems like sometimes it doesn't show everyone who is tagged in a thread, depending who started it."

    Exactly! It is also a major issue that we can't see exactly at what point a user was tagged into the thread. We have people often say "well I wasn't included on this". Previously we could go back and see if someone forgot to tag them until the last minute or if they truly were included, now we have no way of knowing since the list just carries all the way down until the end. I think there's another topic out there about this too that I've voted on. Overall, I've gotten next to zero positive feedback about the new updates stream, and tons of negative.
