[CLOSED] - Create a Custom Form Field Capable of Username Lookups

This would be an auto fill "lookup" type of field similar to the current assignments field. We have a custom form attached to the project that contains team information. Currently we use the single line text box. As this is a loosely typed field it does nothing to prevent an error in user name spelling and then subsequent lookups in reports.
