[CLOSED] - Archive Custom Forms/Projects/Approvals etc

We've been using the system for a long time so we have forms and such from old processes. It would be nice to archive them so that you don't loose the data associated with them, but also don't have to see them in your production environment.

    Archiving projects and requests in Workfront is on my roadmap for next year, so it would be great if there were a built in way to archive.

    We would definitely love the ability to 'deactivate' forms or approval processes in the system so they no longer appear in a drop down list. Less clutter for our users with the added benefit of not losing any of the data. Plus, as an admin it would be a pain if I was instructed to delete a form or process, only to have to recreate it in 6 months. Nice recommendation Drew!

    yes please, we are currently going through a separation in to two companies and will need the ability to archive .

    This would also be helpful with search functionality. Since there isn't a way to archive stuff our users find projects from years ago that have no merit for what we are working on today.

    Kellie - Having a way to archive so that items (ex projects) don't show in the search functionality is a great idea! This would really help the user experience because now they see so much info when they do a search - and like you state, most of it is old & has no merit for the user.
