Client Preview of a Proof

When sending a proof to a client through Workfront I have no way of preview how it's going to be presented to my clients. For example, I just recently found out that I can't copy and paste messages into the Workfront field because it'll add large gaps in between each sentence. This makes the reading experience for my clients difficult and when I preview the message it looks normal.
