changing order/priority of product backlog items at Parent level

It's important to us that we can manage our backlog priorities at parent level, but this isn't supported by the new release.

The new release (18.1) allows you to group backlog items, which makes it easier to see your tasks grouped by parent/story, but you cannot drag one of those groups to a different position in the list.

This inhibits our ability to effectively manage our backlog priority.
