Cannot open Request when zoomed to 80%

When Chrome is zoomed to 80%, the Requests dropdown will not function, and users cannot open a Workfront Request. This may happen at other zoom levels, and with other browsers. We have not checked every possible scenario.

We frequently receive complaint from users who cannot open requests, and this is always the cause.
