Bulk upload user import

It would be exceptionally helpful if Workfront had the ability to put together a form that would upload a bulk amount of users, set their user access, teams, groups. Similarly, a form to upload that would allow mass changes of user access, teams, groups.

Most of the metadata will update via feeds but setting up a new user and then setting their access is extremely tedious and time consuming (if the list is large). When we do license audits, we can be changing 250 accounts. That can burn entire days to do it.
