We sometimes need to edit upwards of 100 users. We have over 3000 named users in the system. Depending on the names we have to move between pages to get the names, so its not possible to select all the names to edit.
The process of making multiple selections is also clunky and prone to accidentally unselecting the last 40 or 50 names in the current selection, and having to start all over again.
A much more graceful and user friendly way to do this, would be to allow an import of an excel sheet with the names or email addresses and Workfront reads that file and selects those people for the bulk edit.
