Bulk applying metadata through Workfront

Through the use of document custom forms, it would helpful (for marketing clients especially) to be able to apply a document custom form with mapped metadata fields to several assets. This would allow less manual work and cut down on workflow time. This would be useful to prevent users from having to login in to the DAM just to update metadata. Helpful for both Workfront DAM and AEM integration. *functionality would work similarly to how Metadata templates operate, only from within Workfront.*

EI:

Production/design team uploads an entire campaign of assets with the same metadata. Document custom form with filled out metadata can be applied to 40 assets at once.

This enhancement would be extremely valuable to Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). We have a new DAM and a new process, so asking our Campaign/Project Managers to upload a large volume of individual assets, each with an individual custom form, is a change management hurdle for an implementation that already has enough change management risks.

great idea!

What Jill said. Asking any of our users to complete a form for every digital asset in a campaign is a blocker. I'm having to get creative with our back-end processes here because I'm lacking a simple multi-select feature for document custom forms. Seems like a no-brainer!

This is a great! This would be a great feature and would reduce manual custom form editing for users who upload assets/documents constantly into the DAMs!

It would also be great if this was a full loop. Right now you can map metadata to the DAM from Workfront but if you were to update fields on the Workfront side there is no continuous communication to update that data in the DAM. Ideally there would be frequent full circle communication that refreshed this data, eliminating duplicate work.
