Would love to have a report for bounced emails or emails on Workfront block list.
Why is this feature important to you - We recently ran into an issue where about 50 users stopped getting email notifications for any items in Workfront. It was due to a glitch in the matrix, causing the emails to bounce, putting them on the block list. It took several days for the issue to surface and it would be great to get in front of this proactively so work doesn't get delayed.
How would you like the feature to work - Report option to pull the information
Current Behaviour - Currently, only Workfront can provide this information to you if you ask for it. Some users questioned the lack of notifications in a few days....others it took 7-10 days. Deadlines were missed. You can see the notification in the Workfront record, but if someone has chosen to use their notifications as their means to work, it can take a while for it to be noticed.
