Better Deactivated User Processing and Removal

When I deactivate users they still remain on Staffing "People" lists in queue projects, projects, templates, groups and other objects. This irritates and causes confusion for project managers who see rights being passed along to deactivated users in the update audit trail on their new projects. I would love some better automatic processing of deactivated users to change their home group to a default "Deactivated Users" group and an option to remove the user from sharing and people lists throughout the system.
