Automating Capacity

When planning a new iteration, we would love it if the capacity would automatically calculate for the team. It would sum the available hours of each team member between the start and end date of the iteration (taking into account time-off, FTE, and individually assigned tasks). We would then set the focus to come up with the hours or points on that sprint.
