Automatically reduce duration based on urgency

I'd like the ability to use a template to generate projects with dynamic durations based on urgency. The way it would work:

• Create Project from Template
• Set Complete Date (deadline)
• Set Start Date
• Task Durations are proportionately reduced based on the available days between the start and end dates

This would allow us to maintain a single template for all projects of a certain type that we can compress when we have an urgent version of that project.
