Automatically generate proofs when uploading new document versions

Today, you can automatically generate proofs when uploading new documents but proofs are not auto-generated for new versions of the document.

The behaviour is inconsistent for workers and causes issues when sending document approvals that reviewers are not able to view proof and add their comments.

So, allow proofs to auto-generate when uploading new versions if the auto-generate setting is already enabled for the user.

    That's a big "Yes, please" from me! Our policy is to run a proof on every version of a doc but my users often forget which can cause an issue later on when we want to refer to an older version.
