Automatically attach parent task milestone to the child tasks

I'd like to see parent tasks automatically attach the milestones to the child tasks.

We need reporting to pull all tasks associated with a milestone phase to see summary duration, planned hours, actual hours on all tasks under that Milestone regardless of the Parent Task Name or Project Name.  

Currently, the milestone only is can only relate to one task.
