Automatic Web Refresh

It would be great if when a user receives a notification or a project is updated that the web page will refresh automatically to show this change. Having to continually 'refresh' the web page throughout the day is a very manual task and seems to defeat the purpose of a 'notification'.

I have been looking over a project as a document or task is updated, and because I navigate away with out refreshing, I may not receive this information until much later. It creates a FOMO environment, which we all need less of in our daily lives.

The feature would need to suspend itself whenever a 'creative' action is being taken, for example; making a new project or request, adding comments, etc. I know e-mail updates are available, but for those of us who would like to save our inbox, Workfront automatically updating would be great.

It's a pain point with us as well. I'm surprised there aren't more votes.

Is there a way to combine this and the similar idea found here: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014833693-Auto-Refresh-Page?

I agree, but I imagine now that they've added the feature where you can have a draft of an Update sitting for a while, this may be difficult to program. At least for the Update pages.

Where I would really like to see an auto refresh is on Reports and Dashboards.

Here is a request for that: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-ideas/dashboard-auto-refresh-option/idi-p/332529.
