Auto-update Resource Pools

If you create a Resource Pool by adding a team, group, or company it DOES NOT update the membership if you add members later to said team/group/company. Aka, in order to keep your Resource Pool up to date, you'd need to manually "refresh" it by either adding the new users individually or (i guess) removing & re-adding the team/group/company.

I believe this will lead to errors, as people who have to manage large resource pools won't realize that new users aren't contributing to it and must be manually added.
