Attach Custom form to Document sub line

Currently to launch Proof HQ, there are sub lines under the document name for Creating a proof and Viewing a proof. If there was the ability to add additional items in this line for expansion of tools and/or Custom form action, it would save many clicks along with making Workfront more robust for users.
