As a SysAdmin the ability to login as a user from the 'My Info' screen

This would allow a System Admin the ability to login as a user with less keystrokes - especially while troubleshooting an account.

    I think the 'Log In As' would be helpful as another tab at the top (like Projects, Reporting, etc.) so System Admins could access it quickly (as mentioned above).

    I use this functionality regularly. It would be great to put it anywhere that I can get to it in a lot less clicks.
    Maybe I can dictate where it goes via an admin Layout Template?
