User can approve or reject with comments from "My Work", but unable to from Item Details which makes very little sense.
User would get notified via email, user would click and get redirected to Item. The approval/reject options for this issue/item request does NOT enable comments at the same time. This is available from My Work area though which makes it odd that it's not available directly on the item.
