Description -

For projects that include an approval process, there currently is no option available to setup automated reminder notification email to notify users that their approval is still pending.  This is a huge obstacle for anyone who intends to leverage approval processes as part of their projects.

 

Why is this feature important to you -  Needed for projects developments

 

How would you like the feature to work - To be able to customize a timeframe for users to respond to a pending approval and have the system send out an automated reminder notification once that time frame has lapsed.

 

Current Behaviour - None.

    + to add to the above idea, we do not have the option to modify the approvers once the approval process is triggered. We need to change the status back to make this modification. The ugly part is that it re-triggers the approval process from the beginning, prompting every approver to make the approval decision (though they'd have had finished this part before the approval process was edited)
