In our workflow, Requestors attach Documents that need to be modified, changed, or referenced to their Issue requests. All our Issue requests get converted to Projects. Multiple Workers are assigned to a Project and ALL of them need the ability to access the documents submitted with the request.
Right now we have to share each document individually with each worker. It doubles if not triples the time it takes for us to get a job "Current."
If there was a setting that allowed us to "Grant Document Access to Linked Documents to anyone assigned to a Task on the Project" it would be a TREMENDOUS help!!
