Allow Status on Comments

One area that I find very difficult to manage is following up on Comments I have made to make sure I receive a response. 

 

I would like a way to set my Comments with a Status and set a follow-up date, so I could create a report that would show me Comments that I want to watch to make sure someone replies and receive a notification that my Comment is set to follow-up.  

 

This feature would allow me to stop using a different tool, such as Outlook, to monitor project updates.

    I think one thing that comes close is that you can "like" a comment and then potentially run a report to show all the comments that you like. There aren't any date on it but you can certainly sort by the entry date of the comment (I assume the older a comment is the more likely it is that you should follow up on it). Then just unlike it when you're done.
