Allow Grouping for Dropdown information

We would like to be able to group or use our choices from our custom field dropdowns in the chart display on reports.

We often use the dropdown field to select locations that the information applies to, so being able to group things like our dates with the locations (selected in the dropdown) associated with them on a chart would be super helpful.
