Allow folder structure within overall "Documents" section

Within main "documents" section, a user can create folders for documents‚Äîbut they are only visible to that specific user. The only way to manage/sort documents within the main area is to use tagging and sorting.

Please allow a folder structure (like the one within projects or tasks) within the main documents area.
