Allow filtering on project hours logged during a specific time frame

On an issues report, you are not able to display hours logged on a project within the past year.

There is an option to add a column to show actual hours in the past 3 months, 2 months, this month, or last month.

It would be helpful to show actual hours logged in the past year as well.
