During a project we have several document review stages, however due to the nature of when in the process they happen it doesn't make sense to do them all on one task; our compliance function for instance sees the document last and we have a separate task in the template to get the marketing representative to set up that review. However, they can't link the document that was already uploaded in the previous task to the new task. I have used, on balance, worse competitor MRM systems in which this is possible so it seems strange that it isn't possible in workfront.
