Allow custom forms to be used for document creation

We often have need for very specifically-formatted forms to be created and curated for legal purposes, and while uploading a document is normally fine, there are many fields of information from these docs that would be wonderful to track in reports across numerous departments.

We'd love to see a feature that would allow for a formattable custom form (allowing for multiple uses of some of the same fields, in a few cases), so that we can enter data, submit form for approval, and report on data all within Workfront.
