Allow creation of recurring tasks on non-standard schedule

Allow users to create recurring tasks on a timeline other than weekly, monthly, etc. For example set up a recurring tasks for every 6 weeks.

Yes, the existing timing options have worked for me so far. But I can definately see this being an issue.
