Allow Assignments to specify if it should be the same person throughout a project or can be different

Whenever I use the auto assign tool in the scheduler it will assign tasks of the same project to different people with the same job role. Typically one project will have the same "Graphic Designer" or "Brand Strategist" etc throughout the various phases and when I make an assignment I want all tasks for the same role on the same project to go to the same person.
