Allow Admins to schedule Sandbox refreshes per a recurring pattern

Current option only allows Sandboxes 1 & 2 to be refreshed on a single date. Want to be able to schedule into the future per a regular plan. This will reduce Admin time and potential for missed refreshes due to manual scheduling.
