All Links in Update Steam Comment Notifications should take you to the Comment

When a user gets a notification, the object name and "See in Workfront" at the top take you to the object (project/task/issue) and not the actually comment that the notification is for.

Only the "Comment" button at the bottom of the notification takes you to the actual comment the notification is for.

It is misleading and not helpful.
