We've run into an issue where when our guys in the UTC-3h time zone log an All-Day-Time-Off, it shows up incorrectly for the guys in our UTC-6h location. It causes the time-off on the scheduling tool to be off by one day. Worse, it allocates the 8 hours of time-off on the day ahead of the real day they are gone. This is a problem because it misrepresents when the guys are actually available.
I propose the time off not be affected by time zone.
There is a support article (https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/218878428?input_string=time-off) about this and essentially saying that this problem is by design. I agree time zone can be useful to some extent but in this case it causes a scheduling nightmare.
