Advanced Assignment Icon persistent in in-line editing task list

When in-line editing from the project's task list view, the advanced assignments icon only appears if more than 1 user is assigned to a task. I'd like to see this as a persistent icon that can be used, regardless of number of assignees on the task. This'll reduce the clicks to get there and adjust hour totals between users and roles. It'll allow faster setup of resources from the task list page.
