Admin Controls Feature Releases

Since many of the feature releases have impact on how we do our work in Workfront, we need the ability to choose what features we want to implement.

Your current format of rollout does not allow for choice. This means Workfront is a tremendous risk of losing users if they rollout functionality not fully vetted on the customer side.
