Adjusting Event Notifications

In Event Notifications, I would love to be able to adjust what the default body copy of the email says. For example, if I put in a Request and the "issue" gets rejected for some reason, I would like to be able to adjust the copy to give a little more direction to the requestor. Perhaps:

XX changed the status of this issue to:

REJECTED - please call XX at ext. 7868 with questions or concerns.
