Adding Groupings to Workload Balancer

A way to group the assignments in the Workload Balancer by portfolio or client to make it easier when having planning meetings with Resource Management.  Currently you can only group by project.

    +1 This would be a great help. It would be also useful if you could change the order of the existing groupings (e.g. group by project then user instead of just by user then project). I know the planner does this after a fashion but it is really not the same.
