It would be great if the workload balancer functionality took the place of the scheduling tab within the project. Only the assignment for that project would appear. It would save the PM from having to go to a different place to make changes.
This is currently available in the Scheduling tab of the project - an option to Switch to Workload Balancer is in the top left corner of the Scheduling area. For more information, please review the following article: Link
