Add Shortcut- Attach documents to the "reply" field in on the Updates tab on a project

Add functionality in WF to allow users to attach documents to the "reply" field on the Updates tab on a project.

It seems like it would be a great shortcut function, rather than adding a note telling users that you are uploading a document to the docs tab. Fewer steps for users to take.

It just makes sense that a shortcut could be made available to do it right on the update "reply"- just like you can include a hyperlink.
