Add Revenue Types to Issues

Please add Revenue Types to Issues.

We stopped issues at all already about 7 years ago, as we had the problem that every logged hour on an issue results in Planned Revenue on a Project. In fact not every issue can be billed, so we would need the option to set a Revenue Type like "not billable" as we are uses from Tasks.
