Add proof deadline selection for BASIC proof approvals in the Adobe Plug-in

Currently there is a proof deadline option when selecting "Automated" Proofs but not for "BASIC" Proofs.  Since the proof does not have a deadline date when deployed you have to go back into the Workfront system and edit the details within the "Proofing Workflow" with a deadline date. Making the plug-in useless when using "Basic" proof approvals if you want a deadline. See attached visuals. 

Requesting it to function like the "Automated" proof approval and add the deadline field. (Option with a calendar selection would be a level up.)
