Add planned and remaining hours to timesheet

I want to see planned and remaining hours on timesheet so people know how many hours they have for each task and how much time is remaining. It is not obvious to people who are entering their time. They should be able to see the burn down of planned to actuals in their timesheet right where they enter their time.
