Add option to notify ALL assignees, not just the primary assignee, when a task is assigned

The Notification settings currently enable you only to be notified if you are designated the "primary assignee" on a task. We often will assign a task to several people to share and would like the option of having ALL assignees notified when they are assigned a task, not just the primary assignee. (Ideally, both options would be available for users.)

    HI Eric,

    I like this idea and voted it up. To get around this I have sometimes assigned the task to a team containing all users I want to be notified via the "Work Item Request to Team" notification. Then, in addition to the team, I also assign the specific Primary Assignee so that they get another notification advising them of that primary assignment.

    I agree with this and would add if people have the notification turned on, then everyone assigned a task gets notified when someone provides an update on the task. Another option is to have the same capability at the task level as "Update All" on the Staffing Tab for the whole project team.

    This would be really helpful. Our workflows have multiple Tasks with multiple assigned users.
