Add job role to Proof templates

Description -

We use an automated workflow for most projects, which we would like to be in three stages. These are internal team review, internal sales review, and customer review. We currently have to add names. and all of the e-mail notification attributes to the names. This takes an extra step for the proof creator and sometimes needs to be corrected. 

How would you like the feature to work -

I would like for the ability to add a placeholder or Workfront job role to the name field so that all the creator needed to do was fill in the name and not the remaining fields.
