It would really benefit our organization if we could fully customize the help link, and also add it into the navigation bar at the top of a page (like in the example below).
Our end users keep clicking the question mark icon looking for help/resources, but they're taken to the Workfront Experience site, where the content seems to be aimed almost exclusively at system admins and higher access levels. The Custom Help Link option available now is essentially useless for us, since nobody thinks they need to click their profile image for help if there's already a designated icon. It's just not user-friendly as is.
Or, if we could customize the built-in help icon's link, that would also be incredibly useful. My team knows how to reach the Experience site if they have questions; our end users should have an intuitive option to reach a help page of our Admin's choice.
